Who Makes Mazda?

The owner of the automotive manufacturer Mazda is the Mazda Motor Corporation. And where is Mazda from? In 1920, they were established in Hiroshima, Japan. In 1940, the first passenger automobile was produced, although Mazda was then best known for its three-wheeled carts mentioned above. As the need for less expensive automotive solutions increased, Mazda put together concepts for more compact cars, trucks, and three-wheeled vehicles, which led to the development of the renowned Mazda rotary engine. The brand has come a long way from its initial upbringing to where they currently exist as an automaker for Brooklyn and Staten Island drivers.

Where Is Mazda Made Globally?

So, does Mazda have manufacturing plants in other areas of the world? Numerous facilities in Japan and the United States produce Mazda vehicles. There are three factories currently in production in Japan. Two of these are in the Japanese cities of Hofu and Hiroshima. In addition to these factories in Japan, there are many more in North America. These models are made in the Flat Rock, Michigan, Auto Alliance International site and Claycomo, Missouri, Kansas City Assembly Plant. See the list below to learn more about where specific models are constructed.

TheMAZDA3 is made solely in the Japanese factory at Hofu, Yamaguchi, Japan. The Hiroshima facilities are in charge of manufacturing the engines and transmissions for these cars.

The Miyoshi district of Hiroshima is where the MAZDA5 Minivan, MAZDA CX-5, MX-5 Roadster, and RX-8 are produced. The bulk of the current Mazda performance vehicles may be found here.

MAZDA6 models are constructed in the two North American factories that are jointly owned by Ford to produce this vehicle. One is located in Claycomo, Missouri, while the other is in Flat Rock, Michigan.

Mazda’s Japanese manufacturing facilities are in charge of the remainder of the automaker’s portfolio, including Mazda SUVs and Sedans.

The excellent chassis and designs Pre-Owned in production for their models are made possible by the co-ownership with Ford, which benefits both companies. These American factories are able to build high-quality models in large quantities and deliver them to your Brooklyn dealership so you can enjoy advantages like Mazda National Incentives.
