We did not feel pressured by our salesperson to buy or lease. We decided upon the Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition and couldn't be happier. "We live in Maryland close to DC, but found the most perfect 2023 Mazda CX-9 Signature trim in Brooklyn, NY, at Bay Ridge Mazda. Our salesperson contacted me and confirmed that this car had only 4,111 miles!!! It was even listed for $2,300 less than another 2023 Mazda CX-9 Signature trim that we were looking at with more miles (27,820 miles)!!! Our salesperson communicated with us daily as we purchased the car sight unseen. He even worked with us, our insurance, and the DMV to ensure everything was completed in time for when we would get to the dealership.
When we arrived at the dealership to complete the sale and paperwork, the receptionist and a sales associate greeted us. We sat with him and he completed all the necessary paperwork with us and then took us to meet the finance manager who assisted us in choosing which of the four Mazda Extended CPO Warranties we wanted and then completed the sale. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE OVERALL!!!"

"Our salesman was wonderful, there were no hidden fees, and he got me the car and trim I wanted with the payment I needed. Never had such a pleasure getting a new car. Came all the way to BK from Staten Island just because of ease of communication and transparency he gave me. Treated us like family. Another salesman was great as well. He got my car ready and handled all the loose ends and showed me and set up everything that was needed for my new car. Both made us feel not stressed and will be going back to Bay Ridge Mazda every time we need a new car."
